Washington, D.C. Good Ground Good Life, Inc. is teaming up with the Washington Commanders to establish "Pop-UP Laundry days for schools, communities, and non-profit organizations to directly impact childern, youth, and their families experiencing homelessnes or an unstable living situation. The laundery experience is at no cost to the participants. The formerly known Washington (Football Team), now Washington Commanders has awarded $10,000 dollars to Good Ground Good Life, Inc. to organize and facilitate this project.
Join us as we begin organizing our 2023 -2024 Laundry events to be annouced! It is with your support that makes it possible for Us to implement programs and services based on the mission to enhance the quality of life for our program participants. Good Ground Good Life, Inc. desires to collaboratee with you and the community to bring change, our youth and their families are depending of US. Together we can make this happen.
ABOUT GOOD GROUND GOOD LIFE, INC.
Good Ground Good Life, Inc.'s misson is to develop, nurture, educate, inspire, and empower at-risk and underserved inner city youth through personal, social, and academic programs that produce educated, civically responsible, independent, and productive young adults. We have served over 3, 700 youth since opening our doors in 2001. We began by offering after school tutoring and then expanded to include mentoring, basic computer skills, interviewing techniques, Digital Connectors, Rock The Block, and HIV/AIDS education.
